ignored_settings not honoring the `--` flag of the log popup

Description

I want the -- flag of logs (which focuses the scope of the log to a given file) to never be persisted. I have tried doing:

 ignored_settings = {
    "NeogitLogPopup----",
  },

but that doesn't seem to do anything. I wonder if gen_key is getting tripped up, given that it also uses -- for special purposes:

Steps to reproduce

1. Add the following to config:

 ignored_settings = {
    "NeogitLogPopup----",
  },

2. Open the status buffer.
3. Open the Log popup.
4. Press -- and type the name of a file in the repo.
5. Press l to generate the log.
6. Close the log.
7. Close the status buffer.
8. Open the status buffer again.
9. Press l to open the Log popup.

Expected behavior

The -- flag is not pre-populated with the most recent value.

Actual behavior

The -- has a value matching the most recently used one.
