`use_default_keymaps = false` does not do anything

Description

Firstly great project. Some people use a lot of vim motions/commands, and their fingers just think VIM. Unfortuantely when new features are added to Neogit, one often loses some built in vim motion/command as the hotkey is taken up. use_default_keymaps is great

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

None of neogit's hotkeys to work.

Actual behavior

With the status popup showing, the following hotkets still do NeoGit behavior:
- 1,2,3,4,{,},o,y,M,u,s,?,d, ... pretty much every hotkey I tried still works, all the default hotkeys are active.
