Dear Patrick We have no plans currently to support in IonQuant output from tools other than MSFragger. So you can try to make a PSM.tsv like format, but we cannot guarantee that things will not get broken soon as the tools are still changing, and the input/output file formats are changing. Best Alexey

We are exploring to use IonQuant for quantification after merging search results from multiple search engines. What would be the minimum required fields from the psm.tsv to get IonQuant correctly running - or is it not possible to bypass Philosopher processing?
