Bring back World Champ decks #300

It's been noticed (and brought to my attention by MS2 on Slack) that the World Champ decks which previously appeared below the Cycles/Sets on the Cards page (and also in the Collection section of the Deckbuilder I think?) have disappeared after #292 was implemented.

Is there any simple way we could re-instate them (I can see these decks were implemented in the card json as "prebuilts", not just additional cycles/sets to avoid duplication of card data), or is this best left for NRDB 2.0 do we think?

This is definitely possible and a disappointing oversight on my part. I can get the readded once I’m back home.
