Regarding the progress bar for CLI, I think it is challenging to do and I have no idea where to put it.
I have done the calculation for the time when to return best_tour which is 60-second max and now I have no idea how to implement the progress bar(like how ur sample output like) or NetBeans CLI cannot display this kind of output?
Lastly, is it compulsory to do the progress bar?
