Are we allowed to implement other extra features which are not stated in the project instructions?

If it is allowed, then how are the extra features being graded?

Hi

Yes you are allowed to implement other extra features just like your FOP assignment.

The extra features stated inside question are just suggestions.

In most of the time, as long as a feature you done is not stated inside basic requirement it can be considered as extra requirement. However, your extra feature should not be too easy / 'normal' and 'small' because some lecturers might not accept it as an extra feature.

Below is the marking schema posted by one of the lecturer in this batch DS which explain about how they mark it:

Extra features/functionalities that are not included in the task specification - 4 marks. For each extra feature maximum 2 marks and totally maximum 4 marks is allocated.
