Pickup and Delivery

In the question they stated that the vehicle has to pick up the parcels from the customers and transport them to different locations. Does different location means different customers let's say customer one request delivery to customer 3 or it can be other location out of the customers like a random coordinate. Secondly I have some doubt about the pickup frequency, must all the customers have pickup or only some of them does?
