Audio Streams Don't Work Consistently #2

Not sure what's going on here, but in some projects that use audio streams, the streams don't play back properly.

I did find a bug in the audio driver which might have been affecting audio streams (the buffer size was being reported incorrectly). The A4 project I was using to test Allegro Legacy is still exhibiting the same audio issue.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue with a test program using the same stream parameters.

I found that the audio issue I was having wih my A4 project was due to a problem in DUMB and not Allegro Legacy.
