Using multiple data types #117

Hello,

I have ~100X ONT and ~80x CLR data. Can NextDenovo utilize both simultaneously?

I also have 50x CLR and 30x HiFi for a different project. Same question.

If not, can you suggest the best workflow?

  1. I do not recommend using these two types of data together for assembly, although you can do so, and NextDenovo will treat all data as ONT or CLR data based on the parameters you set.
  2. You can try to assemble using ONT or CLR data and using HiFi data to do the polish. You also can assemble using HiFi data only if it give you a good result. Just have a try...
