Hi,Hu, Whether this version(nextDenovo v2.1-beta.0) of the error correction will result in high repeat area assembly bug? Thx.

No, Assembly errors have no relationship with error correction. But the latest release also have few assembly errors, but much less than before. We are trying to solve this.
