@francojc Dear Professor Francom, this is Yuncheng Ni finally finished my literature review on project step 2. I combined my research with my learning from Professor Zhu's class as well. I believe that although the mistake category in Chinese to English translation is known as faithfulness or misunderstanding, I believe that it is actually "literalness" connected to Chinese language preference of reading literally. As I mentioned in the assessment, I find the biggest issue is that it is hard to find Chinese research articles due to the outdated and polluted academic internet environment we have, and also I need to improve my research accordingly when I learn more about translation standard itself.
