As a comment owner I can edit my comment so that update it's content or fix any errors

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. A dropdown menu is visible on the comment only to it's owner
  2. An edit button allows the owner to edit the comment's content
  3. Users who are NOT the owner of the comment do not have access to feature
