Delete a Comment #23

As a comment owner I can delete my comment so that I am in control of what I display in the comments

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Dropdown menu is visible on a comment to it's owner only
  2. Delete button is clear and purposeful
  3. On deletion, the comment is removed and the owner is back at the adventure post
