As a user I can see a list of the most followed profiles so that see the most popular profiles and potentially follow them

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Most followed profiles are clearly displayed on the home page in a separate container
  2. Most followed profiles have names and avatars visible
  3. Users can see if they already follow any of the most followed profiles
