As a user I can fill out a contact form so that I can directly communicate with the app's team

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Clearly signposted navbar link
  2. Easy to access form, with fields relevant for feedback/questions
  3. On submission, a confirmation message is displayed and user is redirected to home
