Create group dialog - handle all properties #15

Create group dialog requires more fields to allow setting all available values. Things that can be set:

[x] name
[x] password
[ ] ttl (default: 60)
[x] type (enum: coffee, lunch, kicker)
[ ] requestText (default: I want \<name>)
[x] message (placeholder is wrong)
[ ] title (default: \<name>)
[ ] icon (default: \<type>.png)

Maybe it is not helpful to allow the user to set all of them. Need to discuss this.
