package directories are not colored correctly when cloning packages from git repo #13

Example: I tried cloning the velodyne respoitory into my test catkin_ws, and the sub-packages in it were not colored correctly. The same issue happens with directly cloning packages via git: dynamic_reconfigure used as example. After restarting the IDE the icons work fine. This is clearly an issue with the processing of VFileCreateEvent.
