Feature: Upgrade the "New ROS Message" Dialog

Background The "New ROS Message" was the first UI component of the plugin, created at version 0.1. With the experience gained from making additional components, it might be possible to do it better, and possibly with additional features.

Not to mention, it has TODOs in it.

Details

[x] refactor things in it so the class itself is clearer.
[x] check if the "path completion" needs modifications
[x] add a spellchecker to the message name
[x] update the texts/names of things
[x] (wiki) complete the "messages" wiki page

When I checked, you can do Ctrl+Space to invoke auto-completion. from there auto-completion works automatically.
