Fix bug where invisible kolmi (by invisibility machines biome modifier in Temple of the Art) was invulnerable; this was a vanilla bug that was fixed in february 2023 but the change was not propagated to NT's copied/overridden sampo functions.
Also fix the broken ceiling and bridge on boss fight start not working; that code wasn't copied in at all it seems, appears to work fine now with some quick tests :)
