Tab selectors no longer disappear on scrolling
Mods' and Seeds' header row no longer disappears on scrolling
Users' header row should still disappear since it uses a different HTML/CSS layout and I wasn't sure if we should streamline it into being just like Mods and Seeds, if yes I should be able to make this happen.
Note: I only tested "Mods" tab since I could easily enable tons of mods to expose scrolling, if Chase is hosting another testing session I can easily test behavior for the other two tabs during that, though I'm pretty sure this will work on all.
