While having hearts/orbs stats is useful for survival, it skews the run's goals and doesn’t show a lot of stuff that happened during that run. Here are some ideas I had. I understand that some of them are more difficult to track / execute than others. Similar stats are used by other games/websites, and it feels like such style is more engaging.
