Items with the stay flag aren't calculating the zones correctly. See example below:


The downward slope in the tunnel stepens slightly here, making this place a
likely spot for a nasty fall as one unwittingly hastens downwards. The
oppressive feel to these tunnels is lifted slightly by a faint cool air flow,
eminating from the south. Several wooden beams line the roof, providing these
mines with much needed structural support. 
A putrid zombie stands here, waiting for movement.

Dark Tunnel (#26840) [ Floor, DARK INDOORS NORIDE NO_TELEPORT.] Exits are: N W
The tunnel levels out here as it takes a blind turn to the west. Several
fallen support beams covered in large rocks and boulders can be seen just to
the south, the remains of some failed tunneling in that direction. Several
tools for carveing and smoothing rock have been left neatly in the eastern
corner of the tunnel. Large footprints recently made can be seen freshly
imprinted upon the thick layer of dust that lies upon the ground.

Dark Tunnel (#26848) [ Floor, DARK INDOORS NORIDE NO_TELEPORT.] Exits are: E W
The tunnel becomes marginally wider here, wide enough to allow three people
to walk abreast at any given time. The walls and ground are even and well
maintained, leading one to conclude that these mines are used on a regular
basis. Large oaken support beams form arches at set intervals along the mine
roof and walls. Judgeing by the state of the wood used, some of these arches
were only recently constructed.
