This is the default behavior of framegen as otherwise you would see your UI that way: This is ratchet & clank rift apart where the FG for some reason does not detect UI and applies interpolation to UI elements.
I would test another version, here I had zero problems in cyberpunk with version 0.30, in The witch it also ran very well with version 0.50, in Starfield it was also great in 0.50.
Now I'm trying to find a version that works well in Plague a Tale Requien, and Forza Motosport, both the game's hud is completely destroyed haha, and it's a matter of testing the old versions and the new releases, to see which one behaves better in the version of your game matched to your hardware

I'm confused by this. One person indicates its expected behaviour and another says they don't have this issue. I've tried every single version (apart from the initial one) and UI stutters all of the place.

Don't be confused. diiaraujo sees the same thing as we do, they just ignore it apparently.
Technically speaking it isn't an issue, it IS expected. Your UI will be rendered at only half framerate because of the UI mode this FSR3 implementation is using.
Nvidia's DLSS3 itself can and will try to interpolate User Interface, but it's not perfect and will sometimes result in a bit of garbling every other frame on some UI elements in motion.
I prefer Nvidia's "interpolate everything" approach personally as it is just smoother in motion even if sometimes it garbles the UI a little. However there's not much you can do here, FSR3 has its own rules and limitations.
Enabling frame gen works and overall looks great for in-game elements. However, the floating UI elements, such as NPC health bars, location markers stutter like they're refreshing at a lower rate. Not smooth at all. Is there anyway to fix this?
