Don't work with Cyberpunk 2077 but work with Witcher 3 on RTX 2070 Super #126

I wanted to use this with Cyberpunk 2077 but can't make it work no matter which version I used, pop up never show up, but tried it with Witcher 3 and got pop up and frame generation working perfectly with my 2070 Super. Any ideas why it work with Witcher but not CP2077?

I have an RTX 2070 and it is working fine on Cyberpunk 2077 and Alan Wake 2. Make sure u activated Hardware accelerated on windows, update ur nvidia drivers and disable V-sync in the game.

It works on my 2060 Super, versions 2.0 and 2.1. You have to make sure the mod is in the right folder. NOT the main folder, but inside [/Cyberpunk 2077/bin/X64/] instead and try opening the game using Cyberpunk2077.exe (it's in that same folder)

Followed up exactly the readme of dlsstweaks and dlsstweaks_method of the mod and i can launch it from steam launcher or .exe and it's perfectly working for me 0.50, the 0.20 and 0.31 versions also worked fine for me rtx 3070 laptop make sure you're in the right folder and followed the instructions

I don't think this mod works with Epic Game Store version of the game

I have it enabled and all up to date.

Im not dumb and i know how to read instructions, just it don't work with CP 2077 but with Witcher 3/Hogwarts Legacy works "out of box".

Like I said above, did everything correctly, have everything enabled and updated and it still don't work with CP2077 but with Witcher 3 and Hogwarts Legacy works without problems. Gotta check with DLSSTweaks version.

I don't think this mod works with Epic Game Store version of the game

It works with EGS game version, cuz my friend have CP2077 on EGS too and using normal version of mod works for him with 3070.

I was experiencing the same issue with Cyberpunk 2077 on my RTX 3080 FE

For me the issue was fixed by doing one additional step, as mentioned in this post

You need to ensure that Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling is enabled in Windows Settings.

This fixed it for me! :)

To fix the issue with Epic Games you have to clean those two folders:

\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras\Overlay \Epic Games\Epic Online Services\managedArtifacts\98bc04bc842e4906993fd6d6644ffb8d

Keep in mind, one of those paths may be on another drive. For me the first path was on drive E, and the second on drive C.

@ArthurFiNCH Thanks a lot! Cleaning \Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Extras\Overlay folder unlocked FG button in Epic Games version.

  • Updated to the latest driver.
  • Ran the DisableNvidiaSignatureChecks.reg regedit file.
  • Copied dlssg_to_fsr3_amd_is_better.dll and nvngx.dll to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64

For me the issue was fixed by doing one additional step, as mentioned in this post

Like said before, I have HAGS enabled. Since Win10 update which added this Im using this. Anyway, DLSSTweaks made it working with DLSSTweak Version of mod.
