Nvidia control panel settings not working #226

I have tried the mod on Alan wake 2 and forza horizon, the problem is that the vsync of the Nvidia panel does not seem to work, it has no effect on the game. I also tried limiting fps in the Nvidia control panel but that doesn't work either. Consequently, the game does not feel fluid, I have a 75hz monitor, without freeSync or gsync, on the Alan wake 2 the game runs at 90fps with the frame generation mod activated, which is why I need vsync.

i have a 60hz dell pro monitor and i didn't run into this issue even though there was another thread about people with monitors that doesn't support Freesync or G-sync but honestly it can be anything you have to check you have followed the steps perfectly also if you have any issues with the Nvidia control panel you may need to reinstall your driver again but use DDU to remove the old one i tried the mod on alan wake 2 and it worked fine with the V-sync on from nvidia control panel and off from the game menu and it was always good .... maybe I'll give it a shot at FH5

Try using RTSS and lock fps to your monitor frequency

I have the same problem in Cyberpunk although I'm playing on 240hz, neither g-sync nor the Nvidia control panel settings work and I'm getting around 70 fps but it has tearing and doesn't feel smooth at all
