Order of these steps should be followed as listed: Pre data migration:

[ ] Put PASS in Under Maintenance mode. (Derek)
[ ] Update data in Elastic Search to esconfig-3.4: (index copy dance) (Elliot)
[ ] Deploy updated Fedora - TBP(rovided) (Derek)
[ ] Deploy updated Indexer - TBP(rovided) (Derek)

Data migration:

[ ] Add schema links to existing Repositories - 1hr (Elliot)
[ ] Run journal loader/converter utility to convert ISSNs and add new journals - 0.5 day (Jim)
[ ] Run metadata blob converter utility on existing deposits - 0.5 day (Elliot)

Post data-migration:

[ ] Deploy DOI service - new service - image tag - TBP(rovided) (Derek)
[ ] Deploy Ember - image tab - TBP(rovided) (Derek)
[ ] Deploy policy service - new service - image tag - TBP(rovided) (Derek)
[ ] Deploy the schema service - new service - image tag - TBP(rovided)(Derek)
[ ] Deploy the deposit service - image tag - TBP(rovided)(Derek)
[ ] Turn PASS back on? (Derek)
