Indicator for Number of Reports in RW showing 0 for 2014 #100

Seems that something may be wrong with both the scraper and cps' processing of it.

  1. The values for 2014 in the raw dataset are all very low (6 or less) with most of them being 0. This makes me think there may be a problem with the scraper.
  2. In CKAN, the preview shows no values above 0, so either we haven't imported the raw rw data recently @takavarasha ? Or there is a problem with how CPS imports it.
