Bring COD/FODs from pilot countries #27

Obtain COD/FOD data for Colombia, Kenya and Yemen Select the best indicators (define best as Homogeneous across pilot countries, consistent) Upload data into HDX repository

Currently working offline on Yemen data. I will be ready to upload this tomorrow.

Thanks @takavarasha Please let me know when you will update Colombia and Kenya. If you forseen any blocker please let me know. I would like to have 3 countries data ready by Friday May 9. Thanks,

I do not foresee any problems with the 9 May goal.

CODS and FODs for the three pilots countries are now in production.
