OCHA Colombia monitors news sources and other publications in Colombia to extract information about events related to the humanitarian situation in the country. The Monitor database can be considered near real-time.

The data from Monitor comes in raw format, i.e. there are many indicators we can extract from it. We need to, first, create indicators out of this data.

@luiscape Sure, lets define the indicator once we know we can accommodate subnational data. More after Berlin.
