HDI Rank missing from ckan #99

In working on the new default country page, I noticed that there does not appear to be a dataset for HDI Rank on ckan (PSE220). I'm not really sure why that would be Could you please add this indicator so we can link to it from the default country page?

The PSE220 dataset exists on CKAN but is private (https://data.hdx.rwlabs.org/dataset/human_development_index_rank). I see we also have the following dataset that was added to CKAN: https://data.hdx.rwlabs.org/dataset/human-development-index-trends.
