UnitsTypeCV CSV File Download #18

The columns that are specific to the Units Type CV do not appear in proper order when downloaded as a CSV file.

I have changed the order of the columns when an entire CV or single term is downloaded in CSV format to be consistent to how it appears on the website. Ready for testing.
