Occasionally a friend will be "offline" even though they are in the game, sometimes both parties appear offline to each other while other times only one has this issue. When this happens the friend doesn't appear on toon friends or all friends and cannot be whispered or teleported to, even if they whisper to you. You also cannot see their location or district in the toon panel. Seems to be fixed by restarting the game but still very annoying. Not sure how to reproduce, seems to be random when it happens. (also happens to both normal and true friends)
