Degrading performance during raining #358

I'm noticing terrible performance when it starts raining. Otherwise it is pretty stable, few stuttering and the performance is better than expected. It is only when starts raining it goes from 60-45 fps to 10, it ruins the experience. I've tried to deactivate drops on the screen, but the performance stays the same.

Nevermind, processor affinity was messed up.
