Fixed wrong Source information. Source was:

"Source":{"manufacturerUri":"openindustry4.com","model":"OEC-Registry","productCode":"OECREG","serialNumber":"PC-SG-CFZ-1"}"

But should be:

"Source": "openindustry4.com/OEC-Registry/OECREG/PC-SG-CFZ-1"
