Currently implemented protocol is MMDVM (tested against HBLink3)
It should be possible to configure, which protocol the upstream uses (to be able to connect to BM for example)
Differences between those two, are documented (partly) in mmdvm.ksy and homebrew.ksy

[ ] Implement homebrew_protocols (same as mmdvm_protocols)
[ ] Subclass HyteraMmdvmTranslator and provide alternative implementation for translate_from_hytera
[ ] Add settings.ini homebrew_protocol=mmdvm/homebrew in [homebrew] section
[ ] Implement switching logic in hytera-homebrew-bridge.py
