Split indicator types

Three types of indicators:

• dac: indicators which simply filter data from the original database
• one: indicators which simply combine/summarise data from the original database
• one_linked: indicators which attempt to fill database gaps that shouldn't exist
• one_research: indicators which involve additional analytical steps beyond combining or linking
