Description

As I start to navigate through the new website, that are some broken links that are associated with the internal navigation of the website (urls). For example:

About OPeNDAP/Why OPeNDAP : The two buttons "For Data Users" and "For Data Providers" lead to a Placeholder website.

Done. Now:

For Data users button: Takes you to Use Cases / Data Users.
For Data providers button: Takes you to User Cases / Data Providers
