Add LTE power down when connected to 5V rail #108

Since the sensirion always needs to be powered on at all times and shares the 5V rail with LTE board, the LTE Board needs to be shutdown independently (look into pin A5, but double check the data sheet).

Keep in mind that the A5 in the code refers to the A5 on the Arduino, not the LTE board
