Testing if higher spreading factors with longer receive timeouts allow LoRa radios to transmit further Test this on the dev branch of loom

The code works and transmits using larger spreading factors and coding rates, need to test maximum range now. @HarveyBel said he will be testing this Sunday (10/8)

Reported one packet through at about 1 mile but subsequent packets did not get through

Got consistent packets at 0.9 miles
