Heavy stuttering in Directx Mode #5

I have been analysing the Directx mode with CapframeX. There are a lot of stutters and inconsistencies which can impact results.

My system is a 13600K with a RTX 3080. I Isolasted the OSLTT process in cores 1-5 to avoid the impact of other processes. Power saving features have been disabled through BIOS and OS.

This is likely due to #2 and #3 which I've fixed and will be in the next update - likely tonight. I'll leave this open in case it's still there after the update.

I will report sometime after the update to confirm

Much better improvement after the update. https://i.imgur.com/oBYG3JK.jpeg There is still some outstanding FPS spikes when using the app uncapped. https://i.imgur.com/G0yMjnw.jpeg Even frame capping with Nvidia control panel shows these spikes.

To note: Games in general have this weird bug where the higher the frame rate the more erratic the FPS can become. (regarless of hardware limitations) But this app takes the cake even at 400fps the frames spike. https://i.imgur.com/X7n9MVo.jpeg
