From the debugger, the following errors, in a release, it crashes.

Note that the domain of the district argument seems to be a compacted domain, i.e. an integral unit and not a raster. However:

the access violation during storing the MutableShadowTile when unwinding the stack before handling the "Illegal Abstract" exception must be avoided,
the diagnostics must improve to indicate the requirement of district to have an argument with a raster domain.
