Tokenomics: Validators/verifiers + Fees #5

For execution, I think there should be another class of actors called the verifiers, or something along those lines. These are basically actors that veirfy KPI are met, in order to release escrows.

On initial thought the tokenomics could be something like: stake (deposit in contract) X amount of tokens/ETH to become a verifier. A small portion of the funds raised are charged as protocol fees, part of which are used to pay verifiers for their services and rest to the DAO treasury ((for dev, and other operational work).

All funding payments should have a vesting/blocking period so that there is enough time for community/other verifiers to double check. Incase any verifiers are found to be bad actors their staked tokens are slashed (taken away from them), and the funds are returned to donators (if not too late)
