Ethereum and L2s

Only reason this is not doing this on ETH would be gas costs these days and the unstainable model of PoW with ETH 1.0! ETH 2.0 is right round the corner and should be here once Objective.earth starts to gain some traction. Code wise there would be no change after merge.

I think we should stick to EVM compliant public blockchains such that it is easy to migrate/change contracts to another chain down the line, without scrapping any code. So ETH or L2s(Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon...) seem to be the right fit, but that's arguable. Think we can make a better call there are some user stories.

Content data

Data for the content (proposals, articles, images, video etc) can pinned on IPFS or Filecoin, which can then be linked on chain, while the UI provides a seamless end user UX.
