Problem Type Epic : explained #86

The Problem Type page is a category page for all similar problems. From this category page, users can see how others are solving similar problems in other regions. Users then can create a page for their problem by adding Problem Type and Region.

The problem type page shows the overall data we have about the particular category. Problem Type does not associate with any region. Issues under this Epic
