Use Graphviz instead of Yuml if possible #8

We should e able to discover availability of Graphviz on the system and use it instead of Yuml when possible (Yuml seems to be too fragile). A solution may be using https://github.com/alexandresalome/graphviz

Yuml is just fine for now.
