Modifier dialog boxes #27

Make a roll? have a dialog pop up asking for any extra modifiers. Might have to figure out where this won't get in the way (especially for multiple rolls in one go)

EDIT: they should not break if you, for example, give "+1"

Currently, I have this working for firing a weapon, but not for skills etc
