Remove references to octopus-java-sdk #174

In the interests of minimising code to support, this PR removes the octopus-java-sdk from the team city plugin.

The sdk was not being used in production code, and was introduced ~3yrs ago as a proof of concept which didn't pan out.

Removing it removes a significant number of dependencies, and therefore risk.

This PR has not (yet) been manually tested.
