XML documentation #16

Adding XML documentation for exposed members of the library per #11. Might need to be revised a few times, but it's a start. :)

That's really good. Thank you. We will have to continue to add XML-docs in the future PRs. I may need to add a description for contributors with a list of things to do on each PR.
