Postman Collection with collection variable. #6

An updated README and an implemented / updated Postman collection Root API example with a collection variable. To use the new collection variable in Postman click the three dots on the collection >> Edit >> Variables Tab >> And insert the API key in the values column. This saves you time instead of manually inserting the API key into every requests and reduces it to a variable value in the collection. The updated README also outlines where to find the collection file for the make day.
