Decide hardware requirements for new ground station

Need a design we can use to estimate costs for the new ground station. Ground station requirements so far:

• Use outside
• Battery powered
• Good controllers (joystick, gamepads etc)
• Easy to transport & setup
• Allows drivers to easily see camera and diagnostic feeds
